2. Knee drive (Left)- 30 seconds
3. Knee drive (Right) – 30 seconds
4. Squat with alternating arms – 30 seconds
5. Mountain Climbers – 30 seconds
Do each exercise for 30 seconds and then we’ll repeat it once more.
